Aura 2 Column Horizontal Radiator 600mm x 1190mm Matt Black
Use a wider wall to showcase the Aura 2 Column Horizontal Radiator in Matt Black. At 600 x 1190mm, this is the broadest horizontal 2-column body in the selection. The classic column shape gives the wall more detail, while its low horizontal proportions can be considered below a window where installation space permits.

A broad radiator position gives you the opportunity to make column styling a visible part of the room. The Aura 2 Column Horizontal Radiator 600mm x 1190mm Matt Black spans the widest body width in this horizontal two-column selection.
Its long, 600mm-high silhouette can sit comfortably within a design organised around wider furniture, wall panelling or a window opening, subject to the necessary clearances. Matt black creates a distinct outline, allowing the individual column detail to contribute to the room’s character. This width needs careful setting out: measure the usable wall run and allow additional room for the fittings rather than treating 1190mm as the complete installed width.
Matching feet recommended
Choose the matching 2-column feet for this radiator to help carry its weight and reduce wall strain. Your installer should confirm accessory fit and the required mounting arrangement before fitting.
Choosing the size
Use the confirmed heat output and a room heat-loss calculation to choose the radiator; body dimensions alone do not establish heating capacity. This mild steel central-heating model carries a 5-year warranty, subject to terms.
Radiator Valves: Not included. Please check our Radiator Valve Buying Guide to select suitable valves.

Q1. What installation space does the 1190mm Aura require?
A1. The radiator body measures 600mm high x 1190mm wide. Allow additional space for the selected valves, connections, mounting clearances and access. For a position beneath a window, check the sill height and mounting allowance.
Q2. Is 1190mm the widest available horizontal 2-column model?
A2. The Aura range includes Aura 600mm-high horizontal models in 785mm, 1010mm and 1190mm widths, in both 2-column and 3-column versions. This listing is specifically the 2-column, 1190mm-wide model; compare verified outputs and mounting dimensions before selecting.
Q3. Are 3-column feet interchangeable with 2-column feet?
A3. We advise buying matching 2-column radiator feet to help support the radiator’s weight and reduce strain on the wall. Confirm the feet suit this exact Aura model and follow the installation instructions for wall restraint.
Q4. Can this horizontal radiator sit below a sill?
A4. The radiator body measures 600mm high x 1190mm wide. Allow additional space for the selected valves, connections, mounting clearances and access. For a position beneath a window, check the sill height and mounting allowance.
Q5. What warranty comes with the wide 2-column Aura?
A5. This model carries a 5-year warranty. Check the applicable terms before purchase.
Q6. Is matt black the same finish as anthracite?
A6. No. This Aura is specified as matt black. Anthracite is a separate dark grey colour description; compare the actual finishes rather than treating them as identical.
Which Valves do I need?
Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the side = Angled Valves Suitable for any pipework which comes up from beneath, through your floor or up from your skirting board.
Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the underneath side = Straight Valves. Best suited for pipework exiting from your floor or flexi-pipe up from your skirting board.
Pipework coming out from the wall + radiator connections on the side = Corner Valves (recommended) or Angled Valves If your pipework exits the wall the travels up to the radiator, Angled Valves will work best.
Pipework coming out from the wall + radiator connections on the underneath side = Corner Valves (recommended) or Angled Valves. You can also use Angled valves if you would like the valves to face forward.
